About Your Driver

Hi, I’m Mr. Hill, founder - owner and private driver of Boost Transportation. I’m originally from Pennsylvania and a U.S. Army veteran with four years of service. I’ve lived in the South since 2017 and in Florida since 2022. My military background helped reinforce the values I bring to every ride: punctuality, professionalism, personal responsibility, and dependable service.

After completing hundreds of rides as a rideshare driver, including local and airport trips, I saw an opportunity to provide riders with something more personal and dependable. That led me to create Boost Transportation for private local rides, airport transportation, and long-distance travel throughout Central Florida and beyond.

When you book with Boost, you’re dealing directly with the person who will be providing your ride — not a driver assigned at the last minute. My goal is simple: provide a clean, comfortable, professional experience and make sure every client knows exactly who is picking them up.

How do I request a quote?

Use the Request a Quote form and enter your pickup, destination, date, time, trip type, passenger count, and any stops or special requests.

You’ll receive two messages from Boost Transportation:

1. Ride & Fare Confirmation — Boost Transportation will review your trip address(es), date, time, and quote you a fare. Once rider reviews all information sent to them, Reply CONFIRM via Text, to verify that the information and fare are correct.

2. Booking Confirmation — After your ride details are confirmed by both parties, you’ll receive a second message confirming that your ride is officially booked.

Your ride is not officially booked until you receive the second Booking Confirmation message.

What areas do you serve?

Boost Transportation serves The Villages, Lady Lake, Wildwood, Sumter County, Orlando, and surrounding Central Florida areas. Long-distance trips across Florida and out-of-state drop-offs are also available by appointment.

Do you provide airport transportation?

Yes. Boost Transportation provides private airport transportation to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), with other airports available by request. Flight details can be included when requesting your quote.

Do you offer early-morning and late-night rides?

Yes. Early-morning and late-night rides are available by appointment. Advance booking is recommended, especially for airport trips and long-distance travel.

How is my fare determined?

Every trip is priced individually based on your pickup and destination, distance, date and time, stops, tolls, and any special requests. You’ll receive your personalized fare before the ride is confirmed.

When is payment due?

A reservation deposit is required to secure your ride. The remaining balance is due at pickup before the ride begins. Accepted payment methods include Square Tap-to-Pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal.

Does Boost Transportation Accept Cash?

Ride payments are made electronically. Cash may ONLY be accepted for an established rider when arranged in advance. Boost Transportation does not provide change. Any cash given outside of an approved cash-payment arrangement is considered a tip.

Are tolls included in my fare?

Yes. Any applicable tolls are included in your quoted fare upfront, so you know the total before the ride is confirmed.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome. Please notify Boost Transportation when booking if you’ll be traveling with a service animal.

What if my trip details change?

Plans change! If your pickup time, drop-off time, or destination changes, just let your Boost Transportation Private Driver know as soon as possible.

Minor changes may not affect your fare. If your trip or fare needs to be adjusted, your Private Driver will send you the updated details and ask you to acknowledge any changes before your ride.

The more accurate information you provide, the easier it is to keep your ride and fare clear and avoid misunderstandings.
